Safety Services New Brunswick welcomes you to exhibit your products & services at our 2010 annual Symposium on Safety.
This year’s theme is “Safe Today – Alive Tomorrow”.
When: May 6th, 2010
Where: Ramada Crystal Palace Hotel – Moncton (Dieppe), NB
Set Up: May 5th, 2010 (3:00 pm – 9:00 pm)
Fees: $400.00 (Includes two booth staff)
$75.00 (Electrical hookup if required)
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to display their products and services to the over 150 expected Symposium delegates representing Industry, Construction, Business, Government and the General Public.
Breaks and lunches will be held in the exhibitor area to maximize your exposure to delegates.
Exhibitor setup will be on Wednesday, May 5th, 2010 between the hours of 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm and viewing will be held throughout the day on May 6th.
As an exhibitor you are entitled to have two staff man your booth. Exhibitor staff are invited to take part in these additional benefits:
· Attend all Sessions to be held on May 6th
· Complimentary Lunch with Delegates
· Nutrition Breaks
If your staff are interested in attending the banquet on May 6th, tickets are available from Safety Services New Brunswick.
Exhibitor Schedule:
Set up: May 5th, 2010 (3:00 pm – 9:00 pm)
Exhibit times: May 6th, 2010 (7:30 am – 3:30 pm)
Take down: May 6th, 2010 (3:30 pm – 5:00 pm)
For your convenience we have reserved a block of rooms at a special rate for our conference. Room rates are $124.95/night (plus tax). These rooms will be held until April 5th, 2010. If you require a room and wish to get our special rate, please book your room prior to April 5th.
