Safety Services New Brunswick welcomes you to exhibit your products & services at our annual Health & Safety Conference (formerly the Symposium on Safety) - the longest running safety conference in New Brunswick. Our delegates include decision makers and key safety contacts for major corporations, large and small businesses, as well as government agencies throughout New Brunswick. We are pleased to offer exhibitors who participate in our conference maximum exposure to our delegates. We encourage our delegates throughout the conference to visit our exhibitor area. 

Exhibitor Details
- April 25, 2013 (7:30 am – 4:00 pm)
- Delta Hotel, Fredericton, NB
- Setup – April 24, 2013 (1:00 pm – 6:00 pm)
- Exhibit space - 8 feetfor $450.00, or 10 feet for $550  (includes two booth staff)
- Electrical hookup $75.00 (only if required)
- For your convenience we have reserved a block of rooms at a special rate of $144.00/night (plus tax) at the Delta Fredericton Hotel. These rooms will be held until March 20, 2013.
 
What does your exhibitor registration include?
- Display space (includes table and two chairs if required)
- Exhibitors are entitled to 2 staff members to man your booth
- Complimentary breakfast and refreshment breaks with the delegates
- Two complimentary tickets to the sit-down luncheon (additional tickets can be purchase if required for $40.00/each)
- Access to all training sessions held on Thursday, April 25, 2013
- Unlimited networking opportunities at the exhibitor reception
- An opportunity to connect with key contacts in a variety of industries throughout New Brunswick
- Delegates will be encouraged to visit all exhibitors with contests and door prizes as incentives
