Pole Top Rescue

The NB Safety Council Inc. offers a one (1) day Pole Top Rescue Course. This course was developed to provide the participant the proper techniques of performing a 'Pole Top Rescue'.

Participants will receive knowledge and skills by use of classroom instructions and practical exercise. At the completion of the program the participant will receive a certificate and wallet card.

Topics covered in the POLE TOP RESCUE COURSE will include:

1. Reasons persons become 'Pole Top Rescue' candidates
2. The importance of Quick Decisions
3. Requirement for CPR Training
4. Practical Climbing Exercises
5. Practical 'Pole Top Rescue' Training
6. One Worker Rescue or Two or More Worker Rescue

One Half Day Pole Top Rescue

This course is also available as a ½ day Course to those who have substantial experience in the trade. Practical exercises form most of the training time utilized.
