Motorcycle Training Course
The 'Gearing Up' Motorcycle Training Program is designed for the 'new' or 'novice' rider and is instructed by certified motorcycle instructors. The course includes both a theory component and a practical riding component and candidates are presented with a certificate upon successful completion of a written test and a practical riding test. The course is offered at numerous sites throughout the province and in Prince Edward Island*.
*Please note - License testing is not available with the course in PEI (because the license process is different on the island). For more information on obtaining your license, please contact Access PEI.
The cost is $450.
Please Note: due to increased operating costs, the motorcycle program registration fee will be increasing to $475 effective February 7th, 2012.

Experienced Riders Course (ERC)
The ERC consists of both slow and high speed manoeuvres, focusing on control of the larger bikes. Participants must supply their own motorcycle that is greater than 550 cc and it must pass our safety inspection. Proof of License, Registration, and Insurance is required as well.
The cost of the Experienced Riders Course is $120.
