The 'Gearing Up' Motorcycle Training Program is designed for the 'new' or 'novice' rider and is instructed by certified motorcycle instructors. The course includes both a theory component and a practical riding component. Candidates are presented with a certificate upon successful completion of a written test and a practical riding test for the course. The course is offered at numerous sites throughout the province and at a site in Prince Edward Island.
Experienced Riders Course (ERC)
The ERC consists of both slow and high speed manoeuvres, focusing on control of the larger bikes. Participants must supply their own motorcycle that is greater than 550 cc and it must pass our safety inspection. Proof of License, Registration, and Insurance is required as well.
